Labour Behind the Label (LBL) is at the centre of a campaigning alliance that has made garment workers' rights front page news, pushing companies to re-examine their practices and creating real change for workers.
In this role you will work to build our supporter base, take forward a community and grant fundraising strategy, and carry out vital administrative tasks to keep our organisation on track.
We're looking for an organised efficient professional, with a track record in delivering fundraising and membership schemes, and a commitment to co-operative working and workers' rights.
The Fundraising and Administration Co-ordinator will lead on the following areas:
LBL supports garment workers' efforts worldwide to defend their rights. We educate consumers and fashion students, lobby companies and government, raise awareness, and encourage international solidarity with workers. We coordinate the UK platform of the international Clean Clothes Campaign.
SPECIFICS: A permanent, Bristol based post, 21 hours (3 days) per week, £22,495 pro rata
