Clara Zetkin was a great German revolutionary who worked alongside Rosa Luxemburg and Karl Liebknecht to found the revolutionary Spartacist League in 1916. Zetkin is also remembered for her writings and agitation against womens' oppression, and for the foundation of the first International Womens Day in March 1911. This meeting, introduced by Liz Brown, traces her ideas and opens a discussion on women's liberation and socialism.
