Post-anarchist bookfair statement

We think it was worth it!

The bookfair collective would like to thank all those who participated in what we feel was a very worthwhile day.

We estimate around 300 to 350 people visited the bookfair during the course of the day, and were well impressed with the quality and quantity of stalls & workshops at the venue.

As far as we know there were no disasters on the day, the venue was left reasonably clean & tidy, and we have been able to more than cover our costs in putting the event on.

The bookfair collective will meet within the next two weeks to review the event fully and consider what we may organise in the future. We would really appreciate peoples feedback on the event, and a basic form is attached - please return it to us or just email us your comments.

Thanks a lot, and here's to the continued spread of anarchist ideas and action.

brilliant event...thanks to the handful of people who organised it, and those who sorted the after party as well.

Yes - big thinks for all the hard work. I was a good event, well organised with good workshop and the food was ace. Good work!
