Bristol Rising Tide meeting to plot and plan further action against the root causes of climate change. There is plenty going on: protests at the G20 Summit and a whole spring/ summer/ autumn of action building up to the COP 15 climate change summit in Copenhagen in December.

We are an open, autonomous, grassroots direct action group: everyone is welcome except the police and their mates.

Rising Tide is a grassroots network of independent groups and individuals committed to taking action and building a movement against climate change. We do not have a formal membership structure - anyone who supports the political statement on our website can become a part of the network. Rising Tide in the UK is part of the international Rising Tide Network.
