Hello, I am in Bristol magistrates court on the 9th of April charged with criminal damage.

Criminal damage within the law is anything that: 'damages, destroys or reduces the life of someone elses property'

I went into the town centre and on the pavement -(which is now part private property) wrote on the pavement: Liberty, and the right to question whether we are free and to speak to your neighbours and also ask: are we free?

My second chalk ART, was focusing more around the current 'economic crisis' we face and my writing consisted of: AS THE BUILDINGS GO UP, THE WAGES GO DOWN.

I was then taken to TRINITY ROAD police station- where my DNA, 6photographs, fingerprints, IMEI code taken from my phone, 150+ digital camera photos looked through to check "for evidence"

Anyway to cut a long story short (Ill tell you later anyway) I am appearing in court on the 9th of april @ 9:45am Bristol magistrates court (the new one next to the bus station)

Please come if you can and join in the bureaucratic circus formally known as the criminal justice system! Roll up Roll up!

Whilst stocks last, I willk also be giving free chalk away on the day! please come bring family friends pets whoever! I really could do with the moral support!

They tell us we live in a dangerous world, and Bristols full of crime, although on the days I was arrested, I was dealt with by 4 policemen on the street!

Anyway thankyou and i hope to see you soon. :)

Paul :)

Please come along show support, use your imagination, make it a fun filled day!

I have also invited the Britol evening post to come down on the day but whether they actually attend or not is another story...(excuse the pun)

At my previous court appearence, I pleaded not guilty, to the charge; and was supposed to be seen at 9:45. I was not seen until 3:20 later that afternoon. Waste of my time, the police time, the courts time, taxpayers time and money: basically a waste of alls time!

See you soon, and thankyou in advance.

Paul
