Your chance to challenge your MEP candidates

Bristol Question Time for Euro candidates

Local Euro- candidates will be put on the spot answering questions and setting out their environmental and social justice credentials on Wednesday May 27th, from 7.30 pm at the Watershed Media Centre, prior to June 4th elections.

The event ‘Your planet, your rights,’ will be an opportunity to ask our prospective MEPs about vital issues of climate change, sustainability and human rights. Local groups Amnesty International, Friends of the Earth and Oxfam are staging the evening. The event is free and open to all.

Anyone can pose a question to their prospective MEPs, and if selected for debate at the event can ask the question live on the night. Questions can be sent to: yourMEPquestions@googlemail.com or posted on the discussion board at www.ecojam.org.
