The Bristol Blogger is predicting the outcome of today's vote: the Lib Dems need 4 seats for a majority; the Greens need one seat to get an office inside the Council House as a proper political party plus they need someone to sit next to Charlie Bolton at meetings and take him seriously; Labour need to avoid abject humiliation; the Tories need to win a few seats to stop their boss, Bunter Eddy, looking like a clueless twat (again)...
