CWU 95% solid in all selected delivery offices

Offices taking part include all of London, Bristol, Birmingham, Liverpool, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stoke, and Plymouth, and many rural delivery operations. The Mail Centres are being held in reserve at this time in the event of Royal Mail not getting round the table. Media coverage has been wide, though obviously no-one was expecting positive reports in the Murdoch-owned papers. The Guardian and The Mirror have both been strongly supportive.

Strikes are expected to continue all through next week on a rolling programme, and if you're getting mail in these areas, it's being delivered by managers.
