Sunday November 01, 2009 15:02 by ED Hill - Bristol Gaza Link Association
![]() Time: 7pm to 8.30pm Over two hundred people packed the Council House at the end of September for the launch of the Bristol-Gaza-Link Association. We were delighted to receive all-party support. Our aims are non-political grass-roots people-to- people links. The main focus will be Gaza City, but links with other parts of the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, or the Palestinian Diaspora are also possible. The main areas covered will be humanitarian, social, educational, and cultural. We welcome support from all the communities of Bristol and everyone is welcome to attend our open committee meetings. |
