African and Caribbean Young Enterprise (ACYE) Bristol presents
Young Black Business, an event to inspire change through enterprise.

A groundbreaking business initiative for Bristol’s young black entrepreneurs launches as part of Global Entrepreneurship Week at the Pierian Centre on November 18th between 1.30pm and 5.30pm.

Is a free event for aspring entrepreneurs to network and find out about business support, work experience and social networking .

Special guests include Yana Johnston MBE, founder of Yana Cosmetics, Tim Bosworth, founder of Think Big Be Big and local Bristol entrepreneur Clayton Planter.

ACYE is a key operation of the African and Caribbean Chamber of Commerce & Enterprise and is supported by Bristol Legacy Commission, UWE Enterprise Society, the Princes Trust, BRAVE, South West RDA, Make Your Mark and Ujima Radio.

Karl Belizaire and Carol Quaye, founder members of ACYE say:
“ Through Young Black Business 2009 we have an exciting opportunity to demonstrate the ways in which ACYE can inspire, empower and support young would-be entrepreneurs, particularly from African and Caribbean backgrounds.
