A recent quorate meeting of the Bristol Smokers Alliance agreed the following form of words:

The Alliance recognizes the excellent support work of the following bars on the Gloucester Road:

1 The Blue Lagoon

2 Cafe Grounded

3 Halos

4 Robin Hoods Retreat

The Alliance calls on the Government to 1. abandon its ludicrous and unsustainable bans on smoking 2. get these smelly dangerous and expensive heaps of tin (cars) off our roads as quickly as possible 3. recognise the irreversible damage they are doing to the Pub trade in this country before it's too late.
