Following its premier in Parliament on October 16th, and its follow up screening
at Venezuela’s Bolivar Hall in London, Secret City has its Bristol premier at the
Watershed on Saturday December 15th at 1pm.

Using a broad range of media, and taking a multidisciplinary approach to the
material crisis of capitalism, the film explores the shady underpinnings of the
City of London and the corporation that runs it. Looking into the City’s history,
economics and politics the film articulates a geography of power that runs from
its 11th century beginnings, to it’s role today as an international missionary of
Capitalism.

Come and find out who really holds the key to economic power in the UK.

The screening will be followed by a Q &A session with the films director,
Michael Chanan, and writer, Lee Salter.
