This short radio report is worth a listern if only to hear what Bristol City councillor Gary hopkins has to say on the subject. Several bristol locations are refered to includingstapleton Road and Broadmead. Talk of automatic face recognition is given by... get this a Dr. George ORWELL no less !!! Gwent cops also get a mention but the dramatic backing musicon this White Pebble Productions piece is laughable. Read as much of the article below as you are able. It maybe of great use next time you are on a demo. I, for one have had the Stop and Search legislation used on me illegally. However I was unable to appeal at the time due to court costs being too inhibitive. Section 44 Overturned in European Court of Human Rights This morning, it has been announced that Kevin Gillan and Pennie Quinton have won their case against the Metropolital Police over being stopped and searched under Section 44 of the Terrorism Act 2000 in the European Court of Human Rights. read full story / add a comment
